My experience range is from IT infrastructure management, systems and process development, project management, business excellence processes and team couch.
I have a good business acumen and understanding and can play both roles when required. I was the project office manager for Truworths. I was responsible for project governance and execution of project life cycle.
Beside management of the project office i also project manage strategic projects on behalf of the business. Over time I have build up vast amount of experience in project management during the career.
I was actively involved in projects during my carreer and the projects complexity differ from Hardware, Technical roll outs, Software developments, System roll out and implementations, Merger and acquisitions, IT governance, Business projects and Innovation projects. (Please see my Project list).
In summary my experience is 15 years of IT managerial business planning and project experience. I have worked mainly on business and IT projects allignment in 42 African countries.
